Why it was recalled
A head restraint that does not lock can result in an increased risk of injury to the seat occupant during a crash.
What was recalled
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain Mopar second-row head restraints. Please refer to FCA US, LLC's recall report for specific model numbers. The head restraints may not lock in the upright position.
What to do
Dealers will inspect and replace the head restraint, as necessary, free of charge. If the head restraint is not installed in a vehicle, dealers will repurchase it. Owner notification letters were mailed September 5, 2025. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 21C..
