What was recalled

Cummins, Inc. (Cummins) is recalling certain PD7000 Electric Drive, part number BES CM0904 EV104B. The System Control Module (SCM) software error may cause a stationary vehicle to move unexpectedly.

What to do

Dealers will update the SCM software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 8, 2026. Owners may contact Cummins customer service at 1-800-286-6467.. Follow the official notice for full instructions.
