What was recalled

Forest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Collins School Bus and 2025-2026 Trans Tech School Bus vehicles equipped with certain QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

What to do

Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 10, 2025.
