A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.

What was recalled

Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2025 NRR-EV vehicles. A gap between the bus bar and connection terminal may cause the system to overheat and turn off the drive motor.

What to do

Dealers will replace the sub-junction box. Dealers will inspect and replace the harness and motor/inverter as necessary. All repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 3, 2025. Owners may contact Isuzu customer service at 1-866-441-9638. Isuzu's number for this recall is V2503..
