What was recalled

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2026 Land Rover Defender vehicles. The fuel tank was improperly manufactured with walls that are too thin.

What to do

Dealers will replace the fuel tank, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed June 19, 2026.
