A side loader arm that unexpectedly extends out from the vehicle body while driving increases the risk of a crash.

What was recalled

McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2015-2024 Zero Radius refuse trucks. The side loader arm may not be properly secured, resulting in unexpected movement while driving.

What to do

McNeilus will provide new latch assemblies, free of charge. In addition, a McNeilus technician will update the vehicle software, free of charge.
