What was recalled

Motor Coach Industries (MCI) is recalling certain 2021 D45CRTeLE vehicles. An error in the battery module software may cause an over-current condition during battery charging, resulting in battery damage.

What to do

MCI will replace the batteries, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 6, 2024. Owners may contact MCI customer service at 1-800-241-2947.. Follow the official notice for full instructions.
